Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Support the planning and execution of global Marketing Excellence initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
Assist in coordinating global and local Brand Planning processes and activities, ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy and responsiveness to market needs.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and others) to support the development of brand plans and key deliverables.
Contribute to launch preparation frameworks, ensuring readiness, clear ownership of activities, and consistent follow‑up through the product lifecycle.
Support the organization of Brand Governance meetings, including material preparation, action tracking, and follow‑up to drive accountability.
Facilitate communication and alignment between global marketing, sales, and medical teams to ensure unified execution.
Governance & Process Standardization
Contribute to maintaining standardized processes, tools, and templates to enhance governance and reporting consistency.
Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress reports to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
Help ensure that global marketing excellence initiatives are aligned with company goals and resource optimization guidelines.
Monitor and report progress of global marketing initiatives, proactively identifying any issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between global and local marketing teams, facilitating communication and alignment on priorities and timelines.
Support knowledge sharing, collaboration, and best practice dissemination across teams and functions.
Support identification of project risks and potential bottlenecks; assist in developing mitigation plans.
Help teams adapt to change efficiently, promoting agile ways of working and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Contribute to improving PMO tools and processes to increase scalability, agility, and efficiency.
Support digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of new tools for project and performance tracking.
Encourage a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence within the marketing community.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in project management (pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience is a plus).
Proven track record of a very strong structured approach.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Results‑driven, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and measurable outcomes.
Agile, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency level of English.
