Provide support to given structures (Ferrero Engineering and third parties), for the investment execution.Main ResponsibilitiesDesigning / reviewing maintenance strategies, procedures and methodsRunning root cause analysis and planning required interventions to reduce downtimeDiagnosing breakdownsEnsuring execution of planned, preventive, predictive maintenance activities within the budget and monitoring the effectivenessCarrying out quality inspections on jobsLiaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagueMonitoring and controling maintenance costs, supporting in budget preparationDealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairsEnsuring compliance with health and safety legislationLeading and deploying continuous improvement activities & projectsWho we are looking forPreferably experience in a similar position or in Maintenance / Engineering environmentExcellent analytical thinking, problem solving, reporting and people management skills,Fluency in EnglishHow to be successful in the roleConsumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
