HR Plant Manager
Important industrial company with an international presence and manufacturing sites across Europe, currently experiencing growth and organizational evolution.
The selected candidate will be the reference point for HR management at the plant located in Campania, in the Naples area. They will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining KPIs for comprehensive HR management.

Manage HR functions at the designated plant
Manage KPIs for HR management
Provide HR consulting to the production line
Manage labor relations at the plant
Monitor the performance management system
Promote a modern personnel management culture
Manage the HR administration team at the plant

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management within a manufacturing company
Degree in Economics or Law; MBA or similar is a plus
Experience in a modern HR function within a company with a strong managerial culture
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally within Europe
Knowledge of statistics, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of English; French or Spanish is a plus
