THE COMPANYMultinational companyTHE ROLEWe are looking for aPlant director/Process IndustryGeneral Purpose of the Position:Reporting to the COO, the main responsibility is to plan, organize, coordinate and control the manufacturing activities of production plant under his/her supervision, in order to deliver the expected production volume and Quality by optimizing the utilization of people, material and equipment and achieving EHS, quality, service and cost objectives.• Optimization and development procurement strategies• Valuation, development and improvement supply chain• Solve quality criticity• Cost controlling• Take short and long term decisions related to production activities: production scheduling, procurement, production flow regulation, problem solving and equipment maintenance.• Constantly review all the production deliverables and evaluate the operating performances (team skills, productivity and costs), according to production planning, optimize productivity capacity (equipments and resources), reaching the most efficient organization.• Coordinate with the other departments in order to reach productivity and quality objectives.• Set standard deliverables and strategy of the reporting organization and cooperate, in agreement with the staff organization (such us Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply chain, HR, EHS), in order to achieve Operational Excellence.Requirements:• Ideally master degree in Scientific or Engineering.• Strong experience in Production• Fluent English.• Ability to manage complexity, positive and proactive approach, target and business oriented.• Strong Problem solving, capability to deal with different culture and level.• Proactivity and leadership attitude.Location: LiguriaPlease send your cv to LCarbone@antal.com – Plant director Liguria
