Main missions include:Ensuring compliance with all financial proceduresDeveloping, executing, and controlling internal finance procedures, including spending authorization, in accordance with Group policiesEnsuring site activities comply with Faurecia finance-related procedures and internal controlsManaging financial risks for the site and proper escalationProviding reliable financial/controlling information in collaboration with operational and support functionsLeading financial forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast, monthly closing)Managing reporting processes to ensure reliability, transparency, and timelinessEnsuring the accuracy of standard costingProviding controlling analysis such as variance analysis, margin/programs analysis, plant budget control, and follow-up of sales and purchasing pricesCollaborating with Shared Service Centers to obtain and validate finance informationControlling and managing the plant’s operating cash flow (capex, inventories, overdues)Supporting internal and external audits and compliance with local authoritiesControlling and managing the plant’s balance sheet with stakeholdersParticipating in Business Plan validation and ensuring consistency with financial dataMonitoring program startup and analyzing variances against business plansParticipating in post-audit activities and tracking convergence plansMonitoring and escalating gaps in VCM from G4 to SOPActing as a business partner to plant management and providing recommendationsDeveloping action plans with management to improve operational and financial performanceTracking the financial impact of action plansPromoting financial awareness among plant operational teamsManaging and developing the controlling teamAdhering to ethical standards and Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and ManagementYour profile and competencies to succeedQualifications:3 to 10 years of experience in a similar financial roleBusiness School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Master’s in FinanceFamiliarity with industrial information systems and flowsStrong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and confidentialityBusiness mindset and teamwork skillsExcellent communication skillsPeople development capabilitiesFluency in EnglishWhat we can do for youEngaging environment contributing to sustainable mobility technologiesOpportunity for career development within a global automotive supplier employing thousands across 40+ countriesSupportive, diverse, and inclusive culture with extensive training programsCommitment to sustainability, including achieving CO2 Net Zero and adhering to SBTI standardsFORVIA is at the forefront of smarter and more sustainable mobility, integrating expertise across electronics, clean mobility, lighting, interiors, seating, and lifecycle solutions.
