Position SummaryWe’re looking for a Plant Controller in Rivoli (TO) Location.The Plant Controller acts as the financial business partner of the plant management, supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, performance monitoring, and cost analysis. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality) and interfaces with corporate finance to ensure alignment with global standards and business objectives. The Plant Controller ensures transparency and integrity of financial data, driving continuous improvement in processes and efficiency.Main opportunities and challenges:Opportunity to act as a key contributor in plant strategic decisions with tangible impact on performance.Exposure to corporate-level processes and standards, enabling professional growth in a global environment.Challenge in balancing operational needs with financial discipline and corporate requirements.Supporting the digitalization and automation of financial reporting tools.Ability to influence cross-functional teams through data-driven insights and strong business partnering.Navigate dynamic market and production conditions, ensuring agility in forecasting and planning.Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis vs. budget and forecastMonitor plant costs, margins, and KPIs to support operational efficiency and decision-makingManage the budgeting and forecasting process at plant level in coordination with corporate financeSupport investment and cost-saving initiatives through business case development and ROI analysisEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvementsAct as liaison between plant and corporate finance for reporting, audits, and planning cyclesJob Position RequirementsEducation: University master degree - Economics or Management EngineeringProfessional backgroundControlling Dept. / Accounting FirmHard skillsExcel and in general Office SuiteERP KnowledgeEnglish Language (written/spoken)ITA/US GAAPPowerBISAPAS400Soft skillsAccountabilityTeam and goal oriented“If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
