OverviewYour role: As part of the Supply Operations department, you will manage and drive a very smart and energized team responsible for ensuring materials and resources availability to meet Master Production Schedule requirements of semi-finished and finished products: managing Planners activities; supervising material requirements and production plans, supervising purchase orders of direct materials; supervising CMO E2E activities; validating Capacity Requirements Plan to determine and monitor the capacity needed to achieve MPS priority plan; ensuring that inventory levels are meeting the targets of inventory turns and days of supply; coaching Planners and ensuring their professional development.ResponsibilitiesYou\'ll be in charge of analizing and presenting data about Site capacity e Market demand in the frame of Sales and Operations (S&OP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) processes, supporting the Leadeship Team in the strategic decision-making process.Qualificationsdegree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering3-5 years experience in Supply Chaingood knowledge of GMP rules andinformation systems such as ERP, MRP, MPS and MS Officeproven ability to gain the overall picture managing complex situation;proven inclination to process improvementfluent English; French or German is a plusVery good communication skillknowledge of local Planning SOPs and company standards
