Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe.Your RoleAs part of the Supply Operations department, you will manage and drive a very smart and energized team responsible for ensuring materials and resources availability to meet Master Production Schedule requirements of semi-finished and finished products: managing Planners activities; supervising material requirements and production plans; supervising purchase orders of direct materials; supervising CMO E2E activities; validating Capacity Requirements Plan to determine and monitor the capacity needed to achieve MPS priority plan; ensuring that inventory levels are meeting the targets of inventory turns and days of supply; coaching Planners and ensuring their professional development.You'll be in charge of analyzing and presenting data about Site capacity and Market demand within the framework of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Long Range Planning (LRP) processes, supporting the Leadership Team in strategic decision-making.Who You AreDegree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering3-5 years experience in Supply ChainGood knowledge of GMP rules and information systems such as ERP, MRP, MPS and MS OfficeProven ability to manage complex situations and drive process improvementFluent in English; French or German is a plusExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of local Planning SOPs and company standardsWhat we offer: We are curious minds from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
