About the program
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. Candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. Applications must be submitted in English, and only those in English will be considered.
About the job
As a VIE, you will contribute to the Italian Pharmacovigilance (PV) team through projects and daily activities, performing PV tasks for Sanofi in Italy and Malta, in accordance with local legislation and company guidelines.
Join our Italian PV team as a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to help establish and share PV knowledge, ensure compliance, and maintain good customer relations.
Main responsibilities :

Serve as the Pharmacovigilance Specialist for Sanofi products.
Maintain Pharmacovigilance Operating & Safety Management systems.
Monitor incoming communication to detect, manage, and report PV data timely.
Ensure compliance with PV requirements at global, regional, and local levels.
Identify issues or dysfunctions in PV processes.
Contribute to PV education and training within the organization and compliance metrics.
Collaborate with in-country and regional teams to manage the Local PV system effectively.

About you
Experience :
Minimum 2 years in a similar PV role is preferred.
Skills :

Knowledge of international and national PV regulations and industry standards.
Sense of urgency and adherence to safety rules and procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, accuracy, organization, punctuality, and ability to prioritize under time pressure.

Education :
Master’s Degree in a scientific field (e.g., Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Health Sciences, Veterinarian, Biologist, or similar).
Languages :
Fluent English (medical terminology knowledge is a plus), basic Italian understanding.
