Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Personnel Certification Business Developer is responsible for developing the business related to personnel certification, in accordance with DNV policies, procedures, and instructions.This position involves active engagement with strategic and technical partners essential to the certification business, participation in technical working groups to analyze and identify new professional profiles to be certified, and the promotion of certification opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.Main areas of responsibility:Develop the personnel certification business by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the portfolio of certifications offered.Engage and manage strategic and technical partners essential for business development in personnel certification.Participate in technical working groups, workshops, and industry meetings to identify new professional profiles to be certified and anticipate market needs.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define new certification schemes.Monitor the regulatory and market landscape to identify trends, changes, and development opportunities.Promote personnel certification solutions to clients, trade associations, industry bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.Support the preparation of technical and regulatory documentation required for the activation of new certification schemes.Manage relationships with organizations, associations, and partners involved in certification processes.Contribute to the definition of commercial and marketing strategies for the promotion of certifications and by achieving the Target Ambition.The possibility to join a worldwide business assurance market leader with strong values and commitment (We Care, We Dare, We Share).Continuous training and professional improvement.Many opportunities for development in local and global dimension.Benefit package (laptop, smartphone, restaurant allowance).The possibility to join the DNV’s sanitary insurance available for all employees.Hybrid working model.DNV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to gender, religion, race, national or ethnic origin, cultural background, social group, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age or political opinion. Diversity is fundamental to our culture and we invite you to be part of this diversity!QualificationsMarket knowledge : Regulatory scenario & updates, personnel certification market, professional trends, competitors, industry associationsTechnical skills : Knowledge of certification processes, technical and regulatory analysis skills, management of technical documentationSoft skills : Business development, partner management, networking, negotiation skills, problem solving, stakeholder management, communication skills, innovation-orientedDegree in relevant disciplines such as Economics, Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration or similar.Experience (at least 2-3 years) in business development or sales roles in the Personnel Certification sector or similar.Familiarity with certification services and accreditation schemesProven ability to meet sales targets and, in general, a goal-driven mindsetAbility to work independently and to take decisions.Fluency in English - both spoken and written
