For our Global Headquarters in Milan, we are seeking a temporary Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Fortidia Marketing department. This vital role supports the Performance Marketing Manager in developing high-quality, multichannel lead generation strategies and implementing effective marketing actions to expand our Franchise network across Fortidia Countries (relevant geographies include Italy, Iberia, Germany, France, Poland, UK & Ireland, US, and Australia).In this role, you will regularly collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, as well as external stakeholders and suppliers (such as digital marketing agencies and service providers), to ensure top-tier project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Implement strategies for lead generation across new and existing channels.Assist in developing and executing the global marketing plan to support business growth across countries, aiming to boost conversions.Develop and coordinate budgets and forecasts for leads and sales to support retail network development.Create monthly reports on key marketing KPIs, ensuring accurate data entry and dashboard monitoring.Analyze and monitor spending on Retail Network Development initiatives, providing insights and recommendations.Review media strategies, spending, and results per country, sharing best practices to inform business decisions.Digital Channels and Go-To-Market:Website: Support content creation, editing, and uploading to improve organic performance.SEO: Assist in defining and analyzing SEO strategies.CRM: Define email marketing automation strategies and reporting; identify best practices to enhance lead management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation through paid and organic channels, analyze the customer’s sales journey, and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with sales and marketing teams across countries to develop marketing tools and materials that convert leads into customers.
