Job Opportunity: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a
Candidate with at least 5 years of experience
Ability to develop and execute cross-channel media plans focusing on digital performance
A strategic vision, operational precision, and strong relationship skills
Capable of managing activities and growing the team, with a strong focus on business objectives and campaign effectiveness
Responsibilities include:
Developing media strategies across major digital channels (search, social, video, display), based on data analysis and trend monitoring to maximize performance
Client management from strategy to delivery, aligning with internal teams, presenting strategies and results, participating in pitches, and proposing upselling opportunities
Performance measurement and optimization by monitoring KPIs across the funnel, analyzing metrics related to efficiency, conversion, retention, and attribution, using tools to optimize budgets, channels, and strategies
Managing and developing resources, coordinating Media Planners, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and supporting their growth
Ideal candidate profile:
Minimum 5 years in performance marketing (e.g., Digital Marketing, SEM Specialist, Advertising Specialist), preferably in an agency or media center environment
Excellent operational knowledge of platforms
Proficiency with Google Analytics and spreadsheets
Experience managing multiple paid campaigns for different clients and sectors
Ability to adapt strategies to various business goals and markets
Autonomy in project and priority management
Good command of English (minimum B2 level) for international client interaction
Preferred qualifications:
Google Ads and Meta certifications, experience with programmatic platforms, and international project experience
