Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be part of the Corporate HR structure, acting as a key partner in talent sourcing, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional eager to grow in an international environment and contribute to the international strategic HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CPO in implementing global HR strategies, procedures and processes
Drive talent sourcing and recruitment for commercial, business, and key market positions across international subsidiaries
Collaborate with local HR teams in foreign countries to ensure alignment with corporate standards
Assist in onboarding programs for international hires and mobility processes
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging and community across cultures
Act as a culture activator, creating opportunities for collaboration and movement internally and externally
Develop programs and events that build community, strengthen our employer brand, and connect people across geographies
Ensure compliance with international labor regulations and internal policies
Participate in projects related to performance management, training, and career development
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition or related fields
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar; HR certifications are a plus
Strong interest in international HR and multicultural environments
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Italian, French, German, Chinese)
Proactive mindset with the ability to create movement and opportunities, acting as a connector and community builder
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast‑paced global setting
