We are looking for a People Business Partner who will support and collaborate within the GOSP area.The job holder can be based both in Milan or Mogliano Veneto.ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutionsSupporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict managementImplementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organizational unitSupporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of ExcellenceEnsuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreedEnsuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures in collaboration with the Orga teamAnalyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvementEnsuring compliance with labor regulations and company policiesPromoting a positive, international and inclusive company cultureEnsuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COERequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Data Management/Data AnalyticsAt least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Insurance sectorIn-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulationsProven ability to work on projects as a Project ManagerAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProactive and results-oriented attitudeCompany ProfileGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
