This position provides an opportunity to work on impactful projects critical to our mission, enabling your professional growth and significant contribution to our success.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION / RESPONSIBILITY :Be responsible and accountable for PDS projects in respect to PDS Project Management Supervisor.Meet customer and business expectations by bringing multiple projects to completion according to agreed timelines and financial planning.ASSIGNMENTS, SPECIFIC / PRIMARY ACTIVITIES :Handling of multiple tasks within the assigned projects at the same timeHandling of multiple customer’s requests in the encouraged timeline with high quality resultsHost and manage customers’ visitsPrepare presentations for customer visits (including but not limited to Kick offs)Write the minutes of the meetings and teleconferencesFacilitate the progress of the project activitiesProvide support to keep project timelines within the project plans agreed with customersProvide support in managing customer satisfactionProvide support to project tasks where needed, facilitating communication flow and exchange of information within project teams.Facilitate positive interactions among team members and manage conflictsUpdate project and billing plansSupport finance by projects billingArchive the project documentation.Draft the Changes of Scopes / Project expansionsREQUIREMENTS :Proven experience in project management, ideally within a related industry.A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a diligent approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency in project management software and tools.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.Proficiency in both Italian and English.Why You’ll Love Working HereWe believe in encouraging an inclusive and collaborative work environment where all employees can compete and excel.Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
