We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our team in Rome on a fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment, supporting key payroll and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Data entry in SAP SuccessFactors (new hires, terminations, contract changes, etc.)
Corporate reporting activities
Administrative onboarding for new employees
Management of employment contracts : hiring, extensions, terminations, and mandatory communications to authorities (Employment Center, INPS, INAIL)
Handling of fixed-term contracts
Management of absences : sickness, accidents, maternity, leaves, deductions, etc.
Monthly payroll checks, with a focus on executive-level employees
Support with internal mobility and impatriate tax regime
Assistance with payroll-related activities (insurance policies, welfare programs, meal vouchers)
Requirements
Minimum 1 / 2 years of experience in HR payroll or personnel administration
Strong Excel skills
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy
Proactive, curious, flexible, and adaptable
Experience with Zucchetti HR software is a plus
