Come build with us!Responsibilities:People Business PartnerProvide expert and well-reasoned HR advice and ensure that all people activities are managed in line with The Bloc Culture and Values, policy and local regulations and standards.Act as sparring partner for senior leaders advising and supporting them on all relevant HR topics: policies, procedures, legal requirements, salary negotiations, career development, etc. making sure this links into the agency standards.Support the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, participating in interviews, and advising on candidate selection to ensure the acquisition of top talent.Coordinate training plans, training manuals or other learning material for employees.
