Role Summary
As a Payroll Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure the correct and smooth administrative management of personnel across our stores, supporting them in daily activities, promoting digitalization, and participating in cross‑functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employment contracts and transformations in line with current regulations and the applicable CCNL.
Handle sickness, accidents, and maternity leave.
Verify the accuracy of monthly timesheet entries and promptly address any discrepancies.
Input and oversee variable payroll data for salary processing.
Manage post‑pay compliance actions.
Support and coach store administrations in resolving issues or critical situations.
Ideal Candidate
Diploma or degree in administrative/economic fields.
3–4 years of experience in payroll consulting or in a structured corporate HR department (Retail/GDO experience is a plus).
Proficient in Excel and Google Suite applications.
Knowledge of payroll tools such as ADP, TeamSystem, Zucchetti, or similar.
Good command of English.
Strong analytical skills, precision, and organizational ability.
Excellent listening skills, proactivity, and flexibility in relationships.
Enjoys teamwork and achieving common goals.
