Responsibilities

Manage and control the payroll process in collaboration with the external provider, ensuring accurate payrolls and regulatory compliance.
Analyze and monitor personnel costs and monthly variations.
Prepare reports and KPIs to support management and the Finance area.
Maintain employee master data and monitor attendance/absences.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Interface with HR, Finance, and Administration functions on payroll and personnel budget matters.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured or multinational environments.
Excellent Excel skills and data analysis ability.
In-depth knowledge of personnel cost dynamics and reporting.
Experience managing relationships with external payroll providers.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Precision, confidentiality, problem‑solving skills, and results orientation.
