Responsibilities
Lead market expansion and client acquisition for SiyouPay, driving product adoption and business growth.
Develop go-to-market strategies, identify potential merchants and partners, and increase market coverage and revenue.
Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to optimize customer experience and business processes.
Oversee business negotiations, contract signing, and project implementation to ensure smooth execution.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations and business optimization solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales within the payments, POS, or fintech industry.
Prior experience with payment solutions (e.g., SumUp, myPOS) is highly preferred.
Strong market insight, customer acquisition, and business negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive project success.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly results-driven.
Excellent communication and business analysis skills.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with the payments ecosystem in Italy and the broader European market.
