Main duties

Assembly of gelato cups and dessert presentations
Preparation of house desserts
Basic pastry preparations (creams, bases, toppings)
Keeping the workstation clean, organized, and efficient

Requirements

Previous experience in pastry or dessert preparation
Fast, precise, and clean working style
Reliability and team spirit
Availability for the full season (March–October)
