Nobu Milano is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie who will follow the Head Pastry Chef's instructions to deliver high‑quality desserts and pastry products.
Responsibilities
Follow the Head Pastry Chef's instructions and recipes.
Prepare desserts and pastry products.
Supervise and coordinate the preparation and presentation of sweets and desserts.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare menus.
Clean work areas in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
Contribute to a cooperative and friendly atmosphere.
Requisiti
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Organizational and teamwork orientation.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus.
