Changan Automobile, one of China’s leading automotive manufacturers, is accelerating its global expansion and strengthening its presence in Europe. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Parts Sales Specialist to join our Milan office. This position will play a key role in developing and supporting the company’s after‑sales and parts operations in Italy, ensuring efficient parts supply, strong collaboration with the dealer network, and alignment with Changan’s European Division. The role contributes directly to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the brand’s continued growth in the European market.
Key Responsibilities
Actively solicit and manage parts orders from dealerships and authorized workshops, responding to inquiries on availability, pricing, compatibility, delivery times, and technical fitment.Work with the dealer network and planning team to forecast demand, ensuring proper parts supply while avoiding stockouts or overstocking.Use EPC systems confidently, with the ability to quickly identify components and support dealers in selecting the correct spare parts for each case.Promote and upsell genuine Changan parts, accessories, and approved aftermarket options, while supporting the development of promotions, marketing campaigns, and loyalty programs for garages.Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to maintain a competitive parts portfolio in Italy.Maintain accurate and updated parts catalogues, including fitment data, technical specifications, and cross‑references.Collaborate closely with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels.Resolve customer complaints related to parts (quality, delivery, warranty) in a professional and timely manner.Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and KPI tracking (order volume, revenue, margins, stock turnover).Stay continuously updated on product changes, new model launches, technical training, and parts updates from Changan’s global technical centre.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Vocational qualification or university degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).Experience: Minimum of 4 years in automotive spare parts sales, distribution, or aftermarket operations (preferably with an OEM).Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive parts terminology, catalogues, and fitment; strong knowledge of the Italy market and EU aftermarket trends.Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (both required); Chinese is considered a strong plus.
