As our Partnership Sales Enablement, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our network — and the very first to open and develop our presence in Italy. This is a unique opportunity to combine business development, relationship-building, and strategic thinking in one dynamic role.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our global network of partners, playing a key role in buildingrelationships.Make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills to build positive relations andincrease our partner network.Your mission? To grow our partnership ecosystem by identifying, connecting with, and recruiting new IT partners who share our vision for innovation and collaboration.
But this role goes far beyond sales. It’s about creating genuine value — for both partners and clients. You’ll help our partners unlock new opportunities, strengthen their offerings, and bring cutting‑edge solutions to markets around the world.
Responsabilities
Engage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators and digital consultancies that are interested to adopt Odoo’s technology in their solutions portfolio
Increase Odoo presence worldwide by finding and convincing the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell and implement Odoo
Initiate contact and qualify potential partners: understand their business, capabilities, values and processes to make sure it matches with our business model
Understand the target market by developing and sharing new ideas on how to effectively grow Odoo's partner network
Show the product by providing personalized demonstration of Odoo
Quote and negotiate conditions for collaboration
Requirements
Previous experience insales/ sales partnership: 2-5years of experience
Knowledge of sales techniques and tools for building a strong pipeline
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients
Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully while maintaining a positiveexperience
Business hunting skills
Nice to have
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced and challenging environment
Positive attitude and solution oriented
Entrepreneur mindset andnot afraid to take appropriate initiatives

Hybrid work modality(3 days on site/2 fixed days on remote)
40‑hour workweek contract, including 2 days of remote work per week and flexible hours.
