Handle a portfolio of partners and help them increase their revenue.Join our dynamic and innovative team, working within a fast-growing company that values independence, flexibility, and personal growth.As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners and be involved in business development with end customers. You have the unique opportunity to make an impact on both end customers and Odoo partners.Our partners are system/ERP integrators and Italian IT companies adopting Odoo in their solutions portfolio. As the main point of contact, you'll coach them on best practices regarding their business strategy, implementation methodology, and product know-how, so they can grow their Odoo business.Additionally, you’ll interact with a diverse range of customers across many regions. You’ll qualify and provide demos to end clients, matching them with the most suitable partner.What the job looks likeEnable Odoo Partners and train them on effective selling and implementation methods for Odoo software.Act as a business coach: create and implement cross-functional processes to increase operational efficiency for partners and customers.Establish long-term, win-win relationships with your partner portfolio based in Italy.Qualify end clients, provide tailored demos, and connect them with the right partner for their Odoo project.Negotiate licenses and pricing with partners and customers, promoting the right value proposition.Work with companies of various industries, sizes, and regions across Italy.Empower and challenge your partners.Retain sophisticated partners while coaching inexperienced ones into streamlined sales machines.Take on real responsibilities from day one.Build your partner’s portfolio from scratch, being accountable for your success!Minimum Requirements :Fluent in Italian (C2) and English1 to 3 years of experience in a tech company as a salesperson (preferably B2B)Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Passionate about sales: convincing, negotiating, and achieving targets!Proactive in helping the team, partners, and customers.Valid work permit in Italy.Passion for IT and technology.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive environment.Experience as a project manager or consultant.Working at Odoo SalaryA full-time position with attractive benefits!Connect with Odooers worldwide & apply to other positions in our 19 offices through our Erasmus program!Sponsored EventsComplimentary coffee, tea, fruit, and snacks.Company CultureYoung, dynamic, and international environment.Flexible work-from-home policy (2 days/week).Advanced & continuous training.At Odoo, we are committed to a diverse, inclusive, and authentic work environment.
