Handle a portfolio of partners and help them increase their revenue.Join our dynamic and innovative team, working within a fast-growing company that values independence, flexibility, and personal growth.As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners and be involved in business development with end customers. You will have the opportunity to make an impact on both end customers and Odoo partners.Our partners are system/ERP integrators and Italian IT companies adopting Odoo in their solutions portfolio. As the main contact point for partners, you'll coach them on best practices regarding business strategy, implementation methodology, and product know-how to help them grow their Odoo business.You will also interact with a diverse range of customers across various regions, qualifying and providing demos to end clients, and matching them with suitable partners.What the job looks likeEnable and train Odoo Partners on effective selling and implementation of Odoo software.Act as a business coach: develop and implement processes to increase operational efficiency for partners and customers.Build long-term, win-win relationships with your partner portfolio based in Italy.Qualify end clients, demonstrate solutions, and connect them with the right partner for their Odoo project.Negotiate licenses and pricing with partners and customers, promoting the right value proposition.Work with companies across various industries, sizes, and regions of Italy.Empower and challenge your partners.Support both sophisticated and inexperienced partners, coaching them into effective sales teams.Take on real responsibilities from day one.Build your partner portfolio from scratch, being accountable for your success.Minimum Requirements :Fluent in Italian (C2) and English1 to 3 years of experience in a tech company as a salesperson, preferably with B2B clientsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsPassionate about sales, with a drive to convince, negotiate, and achieve targetsProactive attitude to help the team, partners, and customersValid work permit in ItalyPassion for IT and technologyAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive environmentExperience as a Project Manager or ConsultantWorking at Odoo SalaryFull-time position with attractive benefits!Connect with Odooers worldwide and apply for other positions in our 19 offices through our Erasmus program!Sponsored events, coffee, tea, fruit, and snacks provided.Our culture is young, dynamic, and international.Flexibility includes work-from-home benefits (2 days/week).Continuous training and developmentAt Odoo, we are committed to a diverse, inclusive, and authentic work environment.
