As a Partner Growth Manager, you will build long term partnerships and drive business growth for our top tier Partners by joining our amazing team in the Milan office.You will collaborate with top tier Luxury & Contemporary Partners to drive their success through developing a customised growth strategy in order to maximise sales, increase high-demand stock level and optimise profitability on the long term.You will support our top tier Partners in navigating the Miinto ecosystem to fulfil their business needs while achieving Miinto company targets at the same time.In joining our team as a Partner Growth Manager, you will also secure strong implementation and buy-in on new initiatives and new project roll-outs, acting as an ambassador for the company both internally and externally.What you\'ll do:Provide advisory on how to improve our top tier Partners\' performance on Miinto via related assortment optimization strategies, tailored analysis on stock development, new market opportunities and seasonal markdowns strategy.Periodically monitoring status of Miinto Performance KPIs, e.g: pNPS, stock core, return rate, GMV and GMV growth, discount share and stock exposure per marketCampaign Participation: ensure participation to promotional activities and negotiate commercial conditions with assigned Partners to grant the success of Miinto campaignsProvide prompt local language support related to feed & integration issues and liaise internally with onboarding, integrations and partner solutions teamsProvide consultation on accounting/finance-related requests: e.g profit calculation, financial reports overview and invoicing related queriesHandle negotiations related to terms and conditions updates, including churns negotiations, contracts terminations management and win-back of top tier PartnersBe the main point of contact for top tier Partners and handle incoming inquiries using the following channels: chat, mail, video and phone callsWhat we\'re looking for:Excellent spoken and written English and Italian, Spanish and/or French is considered a plusMin. 2/3 years\' experience in B2B Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development preferably in the e-commerce/fashion marketplace/tech industryExperienced with sales/negotiation techniques combined with analytics - good proficiency with data analysis softwares (G Suite and/or MS Office) - knowledge of PowerBI is considered a plusExcellent communication, organisational and time management skillsCuriosity to learn and understand technical and operational complexities, proactive hands-on approach and willingness to thrive for both quantitative and qualitative resultsResult-driven mindset to achieve sales objectives and KPIs both on the short term and long termCapable of spreading a positive vibes amongst Partners and team members alikeWhat to expect from usA lovely office in the centre of MilanHybrid contract with office-first approach butworking from home flexibilityOnce a week, we have breakfast paid by Miinto at the officeMiinto work-out only for Miinto employees fully paid by the company each Thursday (either joined remotely or in-person)A lunch ticket provided for each working dayDog-friendly officeA truly multicultural, respectful work environment - we currently have employees from 15 different nationalities.A flat hierarchy built on trust and collaborationA ton of fun because we like what we doCompetitive salary and benefits as well as company discounts on MiintoThe opportunity to work for a growing and exciting global eCommerce business with huge ambitions and a driven and dynamic leadership teamWhy Miinto?We are the fastest growing online fashion platform in Europe, connecting shoppers, boutiques and brands across 14 different markets.
