IntroTo accelerate our global expansion and increase our brand presence, we are seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week, available to start immediately or as soon as possible, for the North Italy region in Milan. This role reports directly to the Country Manager for Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.Please note: This is a contract employment position.Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.Onboard new partners and foster successful relationships.Organize and oversee online training sessions for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.Develop partner business plans and monitor the growth and success of sales partners and distributors.Participate in trade fairs and partner events, presenting our solutions.Create forecasts and define measures to meet sales targets in Italy.Collaborate internally with Sales and Marketing teams; externally, represent the company as a primary contact.Update CRM with relevant customer and deal information weekly.Your ProfileSolid IT knowledge through education, academic studies, or comparable qualifications, preferably in IT security or cloud services.At least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.Experience in managing sales partners and distributors in Italy, with a proven track record of strategic and economic partner development.Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with partners and customers.High willingness to travel and ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients and partners.Outgoing personality with a passion for working in an international team.Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving quarterly targets.Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively for Hornetsecurity Group.Application FormName (Required)Last Name (Required)Email Address (Required)Confirm Email (Required)Telephone Number (Required)Upload Application Documents (Max. 3 files, 128 MB each)LinkedIn ProfileSalary Expectations (Required)Available from (Required) MM/DD/YYYYHow did you find us?
