IntroTo accelerate our global expansion and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for 40 hours/week, to start immediately or as soon as possible, for the North Italy region in Milan. This role reports directly to the Country Manager for Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.Please note: This is a contract employment position.Your JobIdentify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.Onboard new partners and foster successful relationships.Organize and supervise online training sessions for our sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.Develop partner business plans and monitor the growth and success of your sales partners and distributors.Participate in fairs and partner events to present our solutions.Create relevant forecasts and implement measures to meet targets in Italy.Collaborate internally with teams such as Sales and Marketing. Represent the company externally as a primary contact person.Update our CRM weekly with relevant customer and deal information.Your ProfileSolid IT knowledge through education, academic studies, or comparable qualifications—ideally in IT security or cloud services.At least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.Experience working with sales partners and distributors in Italy, with a proven track record of strategic and economic partner development.Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with partners and customers.Willingness to travel extensively and enjoy convincing customers and partners during presentations and negotiations.Ability to motivate oneself through success and pursue quarterly goals passionately.Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively for the Hornetsecurity Group.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian.Your ApplicationName (Required)Last Name (Required)Email Address (Required)Confirm Email (Required)Telephone Number (Required)Upload your application documents (max. 3 files, 128 MB total)LinkedIn Profile LinkSalary Expectations (Required)Available from (Required): MM/DD/YYYYHow did you find us?
