Partner Account Manager M / F / X
Responsibilities
Constantly analyze the business context of the account: its products / services, market, evolution, competition activity, organization
Increase the turnover generated by the entrusted accounts, in push and pull mode
Identify customer issues to address
Seize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Supervise prospecting and customer acquisition activities
Define the arguments necessary for the sale
Evaluate, benchmark and optimize business opportunities
Track account progress and drive continuous improvement
Ensure the reporting of key account management activities entrusted
Participate in win / loss analysis and propose improvements
Aggregate the different \"feedback\" on the projects carried out
Marketing Sales
Possibility to complete the internship’s mission with transversal marketing for the team’s ecosystem (Partners mapping, certification planning, etc.)

Leading a standard sector Partners to grow
Lead cross-functional mapping of MSP / info-managers for OVHcloud’s direct teams (in CU Tech & Corp)
Contribute to the team’s revenue growth

Acquired knowledge of the offers of the Private, Public & Web Cloud Universes
Develop & embody the values of OVHcloud
Required Skills
Trading abilities
Tenacity and perseverance
Proficiency in commercial techniques
Mastery of sales cycles
Passion for IT
Ability to build a commercial offer
Ease of relationship / negotiation
Fluency in English
Knowledge of OVHcloud products and services is a plus
