Part‑Time Clerk II – Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine

This temporary one‑year position (with potential renewal) will join the Community Child Health Unit and support a large‑scale multidisciplinary project on children and their families in disadvantaged areas of Hong Kong.
Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Community Child Health Unit.
Assist in coordinating activities for the multidisciplinary project.
Perform other duties as assigned, including working evenings and public holidays when required.
Prioritize multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
At least one year of administrative work experience.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Independent working ability and strong problem‑solving skills.
IT proficiency; strong organizational and communication skills.
Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential issues.
