The Role :
Conducting consultations directly at the client's premises
Recording the circumstances and taking precise measurements using modern iPad technology
Presenting individual solutions,
combining empathy and closing skills to ensure lasting client satisfaction
Drawing up and concluding contracts directly on site
Benefits
Average income approx. €5,000 per month (fixed salary + commission, up to €15,000 possible)
No cold calling – appointments are arranged centrally

Ideal Profile :
Class B driving licence and willingness to travel
Several years of sales experience in end customer business (e.g. solar systems, windows, kitchens, furniture) is an advantage
University degree and training or comparable qualification is an advantage
Career changers with motivation and energy
Strong closing skills, empathy and goal orientation
Digital competence and independent working style
Technical understanding is an advantage
