Role Overview
The Tory Burch Outlet Planner is responsible for the budgeting, range building and product trading for the EU Outlet business. Partnering with all key stakeholders (Buying, Retail, VM and Store Teams), they will drive the planning strategy to achieve Sales $, GM$ and stock targets.
Responsibilities
Trading

Lead weekly trade meetings, analyzing topline and SKU‑level performance KPIs and offering insights with actions for the BU.
Lead and propose recommendations for weekly promotional and clearance activity based on performance, planned investments, LY & MFR.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to determine actions to drive performance and future growth, providing support through analysis and recommendations.
Own EOM & EOY analysis & insights recapping trading performance and suggesting adjustments & actions to forward view.
Partner with allocation team on weekly distribution forecast and key areas of focus at category and SKU level.

Planning

Own the EUME Outlet line cards for KIPs/Core/Carryover Lines flagging risks & opportunities as well as promotional actions to drive business while ensuring adherence to global weeks of cover targets for the business unit and protecting availability to deliver sales objectives.
Support the Senior Manager with planning of budgets by category/location based on the overall business and financial growth of the region.
Support the Senior Manager with monthly forecast review by category/location – providing insight of trend to anticipate future opportunities/risks to wider business.
Oversee Outlet inventory management process, critically assessing long and short‑term risks & opportunities against business unit EOP stock targets, weeks of cover and stock turn, and influencing key stakeholders to implement solutions.
Own aged stock management proposing exit avenues to 3rd party or F&F sales to liquidate inventory and meet closing stock targets.

Range

Shared accountability for the hindsight process with Buying to successfully deliver market strategy based on learnings and insights.
Supports the OTB process alongside Senior Manager, utilizing the forward strategies created and collaborating with buying counterpart to understand category changes that will impact KPIs.
Oversee the sizing strategy for the Continuity reorders, incorporating changing market and client profile needs.
Partner with Buying to create, manage and maintain Market & Buy Tools.
Support with Seasonal Buy roll‑up, ensuring sales, GM & OTB targets are met.

Candidate Requirements

Proven track record in merchandise planning within luxury/premium fashion environment.
Minimum experience of 5+ years in a similar planning, preferably with an Outlet background.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Must have advanced Excel skills.
Experience in working in multiple currencies.
Strong and effective presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
