An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet General Manager to join Jumeirah Capri Palace for the Summer 2026 season, leading our newest and exclusive outlet, the Jazz Club. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:Lead the operational and commercial strategy of the restaurantLead the revamp of the beverage, food and entertainment program in line with the strategyMonitor operations and proactively initiate corrective actionsDeliver an excellent on brand / outlet specific guest experienceMaintain knowledge of local/global Food and Beverage trendsApply creative solutions and propose ideas to grow, develop and improve the business and the staffDeliver sales and profit targetsStock management and minimization of controllable costsConduct regular team briefings, meetings and trainingsManage the level, consistency, and quality of table and/ or counter service of all menu itemsEnsure that all outlet processes adhere to all food hygiene regulations and proceduresConsistently monitor quality of food and beverages being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/ complaints to Senior Management.Actively seek and reviews customer feedback relating to food quality, service, and overall satisfaction taking appropriate and timely action.Take full responsibility for the performance of the outlet and its teamConduct performance appraisals for all outlet colleagues.
