We are seeking an OT Security Specialist to work on complex projects, assisting enterprise clients in managing cybersecurity risks in OT environments.Responsibilities include:Conducting OT Security Assessments for clients in industrial, utility, energy, and manufacturing sectorsAnalyzing OT/ICS network architectures and assets (SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI, RTU)Identifying vulnerabilities and assessing OT security postureAligning with international standards and frameworks (NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS)Preparing technical deliverables, remediation plans, and management presentationsSupporting the definition and implementation of hardening strategies, network segmentation, and access controlsCollaborating with internal multidisciplinary teams and client technical contactsQualifications and Experience:Minimum of 2 years' experience in OT Security, preferably in consulting or complex environmentsStrong knowledge of OT technologies (SCADA, PLC, HMI, industrial networks, protocols)Experience in security assessment, risk analysis, and OT asset mappingFamiliarity with industrial security standards and frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27019, MITRE ICS)Consulting aptitude, synthesis skills, and results-oriented mindsetGood command of EnglishPreferred certifications: GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISMWe offer integration into a globally recognized Cybersecurity practice with a strategic focus on OT, involvement in high-impact projects for top-tier clients, structured training and certification pathways, and a dynamic, multidisciplinary, international environment.
