Seeking experienced socio‑health operators ready to join immediately. The role involves delivering compassionate care within an interdisciplinary team.

Collaborate closely with the healthcare team.
Interact and support patients and the hospital environment.
Maintain professional and compassionate care standards at all times.

Qualifications

OSS certification (Qualifica di O.S.S.).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in RSA or hospital settings.
Proficiency in Italian at C1 level (reading, speaking, writing).
Preferably resident or domiciled near the workplace.

Work Conditions

Full‑time schedule.
Location: Adria (RO).
Contract: Temporary placement with potential renewal and eventual stabilization (somministrazione lavoro).
Salary: €1,702.44 gross per month plus allowances.
