Our mission is to empower manufacturers and dealerships to sell more with innovative, cloud-based products and services to enhance the digital customer experience.Job Opportunity: Order To Cash ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented Order To Cash (OTC) Manager to join our busy Finance team in Milan.The RoleThe OTC Manager will oversee and optimize our end-to-end OTC process, including quoting, pricing, contracting, billing, and collections. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is crucial in driving efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout the OTC lifecycle. The candidate will leverage process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma and collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.Key Responsibilities:Ownership of the entire OTC process from quote to cash collectionDesign, implement, and maintain scalable OTC processes, driving efficiency and reducing errorsLead and develop a team of 5-10 OTC professionalsCollaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to align OTC strategiesWork with IT to optimize systems and identify new technology opportunitiesEstablish and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports to senior leadershipIdentify and mitigate risks, ensuring complianceEnhance customer experience during billing and collectionsRequirements:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing and improving OTC processes, preferably in a shared services environment.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related; Master’s preferred7-10 years of experience in OTC operations, with 3-5 years in leadership roles managing teams of 5-10Experience in designing and optimizing OTC processes in a shared services settingKnowledge of best practices and process improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma)Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP or OracleStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to lead change and influence teamsJ-18808-Ljbffr
