Job Description: The candidate will develop skills to operate as a specialized technician in Inertial Measurement Unit assembly within the Engineering Model Manufacturing Laboratory.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Acquire knowledge in I-FOG (Interferometric Fiber Optic Gyroscopes) applied to inertial navigation systems.
Understand procedures and diagnostic methodologies for I-FOG.
Operate tools such as arc fusion splicers and recoaters.
Use optical instrumentation including optical power meters, polarization extinction ratio meters, and optical spectrum analyzers.
Maintain good manual practice and develop mechanical assembly skills.
Work independently.

Qualifications and Skills:

High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines.
Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel).
Self-motivated with multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
Passionate, patient, and eager to learn.
Fluent in Italian and basic English skills.
