They will work in a manufacturing environment in the aerospace sector, primarily assembling electrical wiring harnesses using bench tools (screwdrivers, screw guns), performing special and critical processes (crimping and electrical soldering), and verifying the correct assembly of products. Responsibilities also include maintaining tools and documenting activities.Requirements:Diploma or vocational qualification in electrical/electronic/electrotechnical/mechanical fields or equivalentPrevious experience, even minimal, in production, assembly, or mounting activitiesGood familiarity with main tools and equipmentGood manual dexterity and practicalityExperience in precise production activities such as assembly in metalworking, plastics, electrical, electronic, jewelry, or watchmaking fields will be considered a plus.Additional Information:Work location: near VergiateWork hours: full-time, day shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00, with availability for double shifts (6:00-14:00/14:00-22:00)Offer: initial fixed-term contract of three months in temporary employment with a level D1 in metalworking industry (€1,742.03 gross), with the possibility of permanent employment after training and onboarding of 3 weeks.The position complies with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and Legislative Decrees 215/2003 and 216/2003.
