May involve record-keeping. Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area. Follow SOPs and quality guidelines, working under supervision. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 0-1 year of warehouse or related experience. Must obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications. Basic skills training in operational processes such as material handling, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred. Effective communication skills in English, basic math, and computer skills are necessary. Physical demands include frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, and repetitive motions, including lifting over 50 lbs. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, extreme weather, vibration, and occasional high or precarious places. Environment may be hot in summer and cold in winter, with typical noise levels.
