Find out more about EssilorLuxottica: https://www.essilorluxottica.com/What is the Operations Talent Program?The Operations Talent Program (OTP) is a graduate program designed for brilliant new graduates to accelerate their growth toward dynamic career opportunities within EssilorLuxottica’s Global Operations.The new edition of the program places a strong focus on digital transformation, data integration, and smart technologies, fostering a new generation of tech-driven leaders.The program is held in different Operations Hubs: Italy (Agordo and Milan), France (Créteil, southeast of Paris), USA (Dudley), Thailand (Rayong), Brazil (Duque de Caxias), and China (Dongguan) and will last a total of 2 years. You will be assigned to a specific hub based on your interests, qualifications, and business requirements (specific roles are located differently among Italy and France).You will start in November 2025 and over the two years, you will explore the world of operations, learn industry topics, and experience the industrial environment where technology, innovation, and passion for products are central. After the 2 years of the program, you will have the opportunity to continue growth at EssilorLuxottica, either within the same function or in international locations.How is it structured?From day one, you will be assigned to one of the Operations & Product Functions: Manufacturing, R&D Lenses and SmartEyewear, Wearable Manufacturing, Business Process Improvement, Automation, Cybersecurity. You will also participate in various training activities. After one year, you will have a job rotation within the same function to broaden your experience, acquire new skills, and be guided by inspiring leaders.Your professional growth will be supported by a training path, starting with the Academy for the first six months, providing an overview of Operations and laying the groundwork for further learning. During this period, you'll engage with the program and the company, building a strong community with fellow trainees. You will then deepen management skills through top European Business School programs, fostering strategic skills for a career in Operations. Finally, you'll work on an individual Project Work, working on an innovative project and presenting it to company leaders.Must Have requirements:Degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Economics, obtained in the last year or expected graduation in 2025.Maximum 1.5 years of working experience after obtaining a Master’s Degree.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Significant intercultural experience by working or studying abroad for at least 4 continuous months.Availability to start in November 2025.Eligibility to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship.Soft Requirements:Candidates should have a global mindset, be passionate about their work, and demonstrate creativity.
