What You Will Be Doing

Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
Ensuring all team members are motivated, treated fairly and consistently
Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant practices during the shift

What Do You Bring With You

Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
Ability to manage own and team’s time effectively with attention to detail
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Strong customer focus
Good communication skills
