What you will do :
Support commercial back-office operations from contracting to billing and debt management;
Contact clients to clarify doubts negotiate agreements and collect debt;
Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations;
Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure adherence to protocols across key areas;
Assist the manager in developing planning and coordinating operational activities;
Ensure that operations follow local and national regulations.
Monitor day-to-day operations report on performance and recommend actionable improvements when necessary;
Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists);
Communicate and coordinate with clients team (including executive operations team) and other stakeholders.

What are we looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Business & Management or related fields
More than 2 years of experience in an operational back-office or customer care roles
Energy sector knowledge is a plus
Proven organizational skills including time management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms
Fluent English
