Who we’re looking for
We seek a highly motivated, reliable professional to support our Operations team, managing day‑to‑day operations processes for our Italian business.
Responsibilities

Fundamental data management and checks for instruments
Day‑to‑day management of in‑specie transfers
Corporate actions management
Management of client cash inflows and outflows
Support billing calculation
Support regulatory reporting to Bank of Italy, Consob, Agenzia delle Entrate
Support customer reporting
Taxation support for Italian customers
KYC and AML checks on activations flow
Maintain data quality in systems
Produce reports and metrics

Requirements

Preferred previous experience in the financial industry
Ability to perform large‑scale data analysis and modelling for actionable insights
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Solid Microsoft Excel skills
Proactive and passionate about improving the status‑quo
English (written and spoken, starting at B2 level)
Self‑driven, able to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision

Nice to have

SQL proficiency
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Law
