This individual should be self-motivated, creative, and proactive, capable of working successfully in a dynamic environment that involves multiple platforms, architectures, technologies, and work environments. The role is based at our HQ in Cesena, Italy.The selected candidate will work with the Operations Department and a cross-functional team to manage new strategic projects aimed at extending and strengthening our international manufacturing footprint. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, resource allocation, coordinating manufacturing layout activities, and introducing new manufacturing technologies and processes.The role also involves overseeing the phase-in of new products according to the planning of the new footprint. Collaborating with other departments (R&D, T&M, QA, etc.), the person will optimize and monitor new production processes, cycles, and standards.
