Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Como. The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations, ensure exceptional service delivery, and manage team performance across all functions. Responsibilities include creating and implementing processes in our operations, supervising our colleagues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role requires a focus on enhancing guest experiences, maintaining service quality, and driving efficiency across all aspects of operations.
Qualifications
Strong operational experience in luxury hospitality is required
Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor, train, and motivate our colleagues
Opening experience is highly valued
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
Knowledge of compliance, safety, and regulatory standards in the hospitality industry
Proficiency in using hospitality management systems and operational software
Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards is highly valued
Proficiency in Italian and English is preferred
