Omegna is dedicated to manufacturing pressure cookers, pots, and pans under the Lagostina brand.Reporting to the Purchasing Manager for the Cookware Business Unit (around €15M spend across 5 sites), you will focus on generating productivity and value by collaborating with various departments. Your main responsibilities will include:Managing daily activities related to purchasing families within the Cookware cluster, following category strategies.Proposing and leading local productivity and value creation initiatives from RP4 (Mass production start).Implementing productivity plans from category leaders for current and upcoming years.Ensuring the execution of purchasing action plans at the Omegna site, coordinating with other sites in the cluster.Participating in the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process.Collaborating with the Purchasing community to define strategies with category leaders.PROFILE:Engineering, Business, or Purchasing degree, with at least five years of experience in a direct purchasing role within a medium to large industrial company.Experience in industrial activities (R&D, Quality, Logistics, Operations) with good knowledge of metal parts production/transformation is preferred.Strong ability to work cross-functionally, interfacing with multiple sites globally and working with global Purchasing teams.Fluent in Italian and English.Join us!
