We are a dynamic team offering opportunities for driven, energetic and passionate individuals.Role and LocationWe are looking for a part-time Operations Assistant for our Milan office, who is keen to learn within a fast-paced environment. You will be part of the Operations Team of Packaging Première, managing materials, equipment and online platforms, providing on-site support for exhibitors and staff, supporting exhibitors via mail and over the phone before the event, ensuring all operational details align with the event plan, and assisting with setting up and dismantling booths.This role requires you to work from our Milan office 5 days a week, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week after completing a 3‑month probationary period.Skills and AttributesNative Italian speaker or near-native level (C2 or equivalent)Fluent in English (spoken and written)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation and time-management skillsImpeccable customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to hit deadlines and work under pressureAttention to detail and accuracyCompetence in Microsoft Office products including the ability to use ExcelResponsibilitiesAssisting exhibitors with their pre-show and on-site needsPoint of contact for exhibitor and their stand and show queriesLiaising with exhibitors to ensure they receive the highest level of customer service pre-show, onsite and post-showManagement of exhibitor manuals and related documentationRegular floorplan and exhibitor list auditsSupporting the operations team pre-show and on-site during the showAbout Easyfairs and Packaging PremièreEasyfairs is a pan-European event company.
