Responsibilities

Role: GNS Agent
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
Track and Trace files and reporting
Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable
Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards
Work with other departments (Ocean Air) to manage and integrate goods into the network using ground services

Qualifications

1-2 yearsrelated experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Effective interpersonal skills including proven abilities to listen comprehend effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
Pro-active strong organizational skills
Good computer skills (Excel Word)
Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory)
