To support the operations of a major international client, we are looking for an Operating and Financial Controller to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the performances and administrative tasks of the Facility Management services across multiple production sites, (1 office building and 5 production sites), working closely with the respective Site Managers within the scope of the contract.

Gross annual salary between €30,000 and €35,000

Responsibilities

Multi‑Site Coordination – Serve as SPOC for requests involving multiple sites.
PPM and Work Order Oversight – Coordinate Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Work Orders in collaboration with Site Managers.
Reporting and month end Activities – Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports to Apleona regional managers.
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Global Initiatives – Act as the main contact for global programs such as tool deployment and capital investment planning.
ERP System Administration – Support administrative tasks within the ERP system, especially for country‑level implementation of global initiatives.
Administrative and Financial Tasks – Manage purchase order processing, monthly cost submissions to the Client, and other administrative duties.
Contractual KPI Management – Track and control Key Performance Indicators as defined in the contract.
Performance Monitoring & Help Desk Coordination – Ensure effective handling of service requests and monitor performance metrics.
Contractual SLA Support – Provide support in maintaining and improving Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

Diploma or university degree, preferably in technical‑economic disciplines

Required Skills

Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Navision)
Familiarity with ticketing and maintenance management platforms (e.g., MANPRO)
Strong interest in the technical and maintenance sector
Previous experience in controlling, back‑office roles within facility or technical services
